We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric and Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, and the Power Platform to design and develop custom business applications, automate workflows, and integrate systems to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Develop and maintain scalable data solutions and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Build interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize and analyze business data.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
Implement best practices for data security, compliance, and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform.
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, data integration, and analytics solutions.
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
Experience with connectors and integration of APIs with the Power Platform.
Familiarity with DAX, M Query, and custom scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Power Fx).

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $50.00 per hour
