Job Description:
Lead the technical vision and ensure software development teams adhere to best practices. Responsible for ensuring successful navigation through ATO (Authority to Operate) processes and maintaining secure and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee system architecture, design, and secure cloud deployment (e.g., Cloud.gov).
• Guide development in Java, React, Node, Postgres environments.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with HHS cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Project Manager.
• Proven ATO support experience and system security knowledge.
• Expertise in backend engineering and DevSecOps best practices

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
