Overview
We are looking for a Records Management Specialist to support compliance with federal records, FOIA, and privacy requirements while managing enterprise information systems.

Key Responsibilities
Perform records management in compliance with federal regulations
Support FOIA and Privacy Act (PA) requests and reporting
Manage request workflows and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain and support Salesforce CRM systems
  • Manage SharePoint content, permissions, and governance
  • Develop PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation
  • Compile, index, and maintain records and reports
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of documentation
Qualifications
10+ years of records management or information governance experience
Knowledge of FOIA, Privacy Act, and federal records policies
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Experience in federal or government environments
