Job Title: Financial Analyst

Role Summary
The Financial Analyst provides financial management and budget execution support for OIS and IRMD. The role assists with budget preparation, procurement requests, contract closeout, invoice validation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The analyst ensures accurate financial data, supports burn rate reporting, and responds to financial inquiries in alignment with established financial processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support budget preparation and execution activities
• Validate invoices and ensure compliance with financial processes
• Assist with procurement requests, payments, and contract closeout
• Track and report budget status, including monthly burn rate summaries
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial data
• Respond to financial inquiries from managers and stakeholders
• Support monthly progress reporting with cost status spreadsheets
Professional Experience
• Must have public trust clearance
• Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience
• Experience with financial tracking, reconciliations, and invoice validation
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
